Guess who has some non toxic, pressed eyeshadows to review?
For those of you who are familiar with the green beauty world, pressed eyeshadows can be hard to come by. I have NO idea why, but they just are. There are a few natural makeup brands that offer them, but they are typically pretty dang expensive.
If you follow me, you know I like a good bargain 😉 I believe that healthy makeup alternatives shouldn’t cost a fortune. I think that safe, all natural makeup should be affordable, and accessible to anyone who cares about what goes on their skin.
Without further ado, here are a few quick swatches of some Pure Anada Eyeshadows:
The two shades I picked up were Nectar and Grape.
*Nectar eyeshadow: This is a stunning champagne peach color. The camera isn’t doing it justice. It’s a great lid color. It’s a satin eyeshadow.
*Grape eyeshadow: This shade is really fun. It’s a purple taupe, with hints of brown. Stunning color for the outer V.
They are BUTTERY, and go on smoothly. You can buy them on Etsy for less than $10 dollars. You can also buy the Pure Anada eyeshadows on a Canadian site called, The Pure Boutique.
Pure Anada avoids using any synthetic preservatives, colored dyes, and fragrances.
Mica, Iron Oxides, Calcium Carbonate (inorganic salt) , Caprylic Triglyceride (Fatty acids from Coconut oil), Organic Jojoba seed oil, Ultramarine pigments, and Titanium Dioxide (SPF).
I will be buying more!!! They actually have a great color selection. They could definitely make some more matte eyeshadows, in my opinion.
Hope you’ll stay a while.
