Hello beauties!

Long time no talk! Between me starting a new job, the hubby getting into a Master’s program, and us moving to a brand new city, life has been a bit of a whirl wind.

But now I’m back- and READY FOR FALL!!!! I can almost taste the crisp morning air.

I picked up a few goodies at the store today- nothing fancy or super fun, but definitely essentials to have around the house.

Organic Pads:

Organic face soap & hand soap:

I’m pretty impressed with the last two items! These “green” brands don’t always offer the cleanest products, but these particular items don’t look half bad 😛

Hope you’ll stay a while.

Juice Beauty PHYTO-PIGMENTS Foundation Review

Hi beauties!!

I went into ULTA yesterday, to try on Juice Beauty’s new PHYTO-PIGMENTS Flawless Serum Foundation!

I took a ton of pictures for you guys, so you can see close up makeup swatches of this new formula. This isn’t a full makeup review as I’ll need to test it for a few weeks; however, this is definitely a first impressions write up.

Prepped skin, with no foundation:

I went into ULTA, and their MUA tested out the Juice Beauty foundation, on just one side of my face.

They determined my shade in the phyto pigments flawless serum foundation to be in the color, Cream. It’s a light shade, with a neutral/yellow undertone to counteract my pink skintone.

The All Natural Face Foundation Powder Review

Hello hello!

I’ll keep this short and sweet. If you are searching for an all natural mineral powder, this product is the business.

The All Natural Face is kind of a cult classic in the green beauty world. Their site is seriously old school, but just give them a chance 🙂 Like Silk Naturals, this brand is super affordable!!! Like, under $10 dollars affordable.

This product is not pressed, which I prefer. Due to this, there are NO preservatives in this mineral foundation! If you have sensitive or dry skin, look for loose pigments. Your skin will thank you for it. This powder foundation makes me happy that I’ve discovered natural cosmetics. This shade matches my neck, PERFECTLY!!

100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Cream Foundation

Hello beauties!

Today I’m reviewing this cream foundation from 100% Pure. I’ve tried this out for several weeks now, and thought I’d share some tips.

Praise the Heavens, this foundation of theirs was formulated for drier skin types! It’s lightweight, yet buildable- and a little goes a very LONG way.

Fruit Pigmented Cream Foundation, in Alpine Rose

This above Alpine Rose shade is actually more comparable to Pure’s “Healthy Skin Foundation” line, in the shade Cream. Below are some picture swatches between their different cream lines, so you can see what color and formulation is right for your own skin!
